
KOPSTAD, HORTEN
At Kopstad in Horten municipality, we are planning for commercial development in close proximity to the E18, exit 33.
The property is located just south of the new freight terminal.
The purpose of the planning work is to facilitate light industry, workshops, warehouses and transport activities, with associated offices and service functions.
SKOPPUM, HORTEN
Just off the E18, exit 34, the establishment of the new railway station, Horten Station, has begun. On the neighboring property south of the station, Oslo Square is in the process of a zoning process.
The purpose of the planning work is to facilitate commercial development near a public transport hub. The work involves detailed regulation of a commercial property.


BEBBENES, EIDSVOLL WORK
At Nebbenes, next to the E6 at exit 55, a green and accessible business park is planned in direct connection to the main road network.
The plan will contribute to the growth and development of existing businesses in Eidsvoll municipality, the creation of new jobs within cycling distance for the local population, and sustainable growth of the region's business development.

On the other side of the E6 (north side), we are developing another plot that has already been developed and leveled.
The land area is 30.6 acres, where the area is zoned for commercial use. The area is clearly visible and has direct access to and from the E6.
